As I re-watch the series with my mom, I’ve been amazed by how early the Branson/Sybil development started, and the more I think about it, the more I feel really shortchanged by the way they were swept under the rug after they got together. I can’t believe we didn’t get to see their wedding, or their first baby, or any of that stuff.

I don’t know if this is a question or a submission, but I’m going to answer it now ha ha! The privileges of being the admin of this :D.

I think we will get to see the baby. I saw some stuff about season 3 and how the arrival of a baby is in the script. Season 3 starts in early 1920, the Christmas Special was Christmas of 1919, so I think it might be Sybil/Branson’s kid.

I also agree about how they got swept under the rug. They’re my favourite couple personally I couldn’t care less about Mary/Matthew (NO REGRETS FOR THAT UNPOPULAR OPINION) so I hope they’re around quite a bit for season 3.
